Jillian K. Walton, Esq.

JK Jillian Walton is a cybersecurity and privacy attorney with a strong background in digital risk, data protection, technology policy, and civil and humanitarian rights. She began her legal career at Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr LLP, where she provided counsel on complex regulatory, privacy, and compliance matters for clients navigating evolving cyber and data governance landscapes.

Jillian is admitted to practice in both Maryland and Washington State, and is a graduate of the State Legislative Advocacy Academy (SLAA) Leadership Program, where she strengthened her expertise in policy-making, legislative processes, and technology-driven public-interest advocacy.

Her diverse legal experience also includes work in immigration law, humanitarian assistance, and civil rights, giving her a unique perspective on how technology, privacy, and policy intersect with the lived realities of vulnerable populations. Jillian’s commitment to equity, digital safety, and ethical governance directly supports CCIS’s mission to strengthen resilience and security across critical services and community systems.
